DXC Technology is pleased to offer a complimentary Webinar The Waste Framework Directive governs national implementations of law to require every Legal Entity placing a product on the market (LE) to provide adequate information on substance content to ECHA. The initial scope of reporting is REACH, §33 Candidate List, with a broader scope to be expected in future. Other data qualities to be reported extend the §33 scope already. The obligation to submit a SCiP Dossier applies to all LEs of any manufacturer which place that manufacturer’s products on the market. If your company happens to sell its products with different LEs per member state, you are affected as well by this requirements. In order to relieve the industries from the burden of full Dossiers per LE, ECHA allows for what is called “Simplified Notifications”, which essentially are wrappers around the original Dossier, replacing the responsible party’s original LE information. CDX offers a straightforward mechanism to support this functionality – not to be confused with “Referencing”. This webinar will provide a step-by-step hands on into creating MDSes, submitting to ECHA, setting LE and triggering Simplified Notifications.”
