CDX Update: HEDSL Version 1.1 Now Implemented

December 06, 2024

CDX has been updated with the newest Heavy Equipment Declarable Substance List (HEDSL) version 1.1.

This change, effective November 29, 2024, helps heavy equipment manufacturers and suppliers streamline their chemical reporting.

The HEDSL v1.1, developed by the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), provides a standardized list of chemicals of concern with threshold limits. This update aims to simplify regulatory compliance across the industry's supply chain.

Manufacturers and suppliers can now use this updated list in CDX to more easily meet global chemical regulations and assess potential risks in their products.
