Battery Regulation: Future Performance and Durability Standards for Industrial Batteries

The European Commission has released a new technical report from its Joint Research Centre (JRC) that outlines the future of quality standards for industrial batteries. This document provides recommendations for the upcoming mandatory performance and durability requirements that will apply to rechargeable industrial batteries with a capacity greater than 2 kWh, as required by the EU Batteries Regulation.
