EUDR FAQs Available in All EU Languages

The fifth edition of the European Commission’s FAQs on the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) is now available in all EU languages. Companies can use the translated versions when reviewing the guidance internally or discussing requirements with suppliers and customers.

The FAQs address practical questions about implementing the EUDR. They support the interpretation of the requirements but do not replace the Regulation or introduce new legal obligations.

Corrections included in all language versions

The Commission has also published a targeted corrigendum to the English edition. It affects FAQs 3.1.1 and 3.7, together with the headings of FAQs 3.2 and 4.9. These corrections are reflected in all EU language versions.

Companies working from a previously downloaded copy should check the corrected edition, particularly if they have relied on the affected sections in their internal procedures or supplier communications.
