Introducing AD-DSL 7.0: Advancing Aerospace and Defense Chemical Management

July 20, 2023

The introduction of AD-DSL 7.0 marks an important step in advancing aerospace and defense chemical management. The Aerospace and Defense Declarable Substances List (AD-DSL) version 7.0, released by the IAEG on 21 June 2023, has been successfully updated within the CDX system.

This updated version has undergone significant improvements, including the addition of new declarable substances, further advancing chemical management practices in the aerospace and defense industry. The decision to expand the list was driven by the IAEG's genuine concern for chemicals management and reporting within the AD supply chain.

The AD-DSL standard is exclusively owned and diligently maintained by IAEG®, and we are fully committed to ensuring its seamless availability and accessibility within the CDX system. You can access the latest version, AD-DSL 7.0, by visiting the dedicated "Aerospace and Defense Declarable Substances List" webpage on the IAEG® website at https://www.iaeg.com/chemicalrpt/addsl

Staying up-to-date with the latest AD-DSL version is essential for adhering to IAEG® guidelines and regulations, and it also fosters responsible chemical management practices. By doing so, you actively contribute to the overall safety and sustainability of the aerospace and defense industries.
