Montreal Protocol - Additional regulations have been incorporated into CDX

January 04, 2024

We are thrilled to announce the incorporation of pivotal environmental regulations into our Compliance Data eXchange (CDX) platform, further enhancing our commitment to facilitating regulatory compliance for our users.

Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer:
The Montreal Protocol, a landmark multilateral environmental agreement adopted on September 16, 1987, is now an integral part of CDX. This protocol regulates the production and consumption of approximately 100 man-made chemicals known as ozone-depleting substances (ODS). These substances, classified in Annexes A-F, come with timetables for phased-out elimination, aiming to protect Earth's stratospheric ozone layer. CDX now supports businesses in aligning with the requirements set by this crucial protocol.
