Prop 65: California Amends Proposition 65 Warning Options for Acrylamide in Food

On October 15,2024, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) has finalized amendments to Title 27, California Code of Regulations 25607.2(b), providing additional safe harbor warning options for businesses regarding acrylamide exposure from food products. These new regulations are set to take effect on January 1, 2025.
