TSCA Section 8(a)(7) - PFAS Reporting have been incorporated into CDX
We are thrilled to announce the incorporation of pivotal environmental regulations into our Compliance Data eXchange (CDX) platform, further enhancing our strong and unwavering commitment to facilitating regulatory compliance for all our valued global users and partners.
TSCA Section 8(a)(7) - PFAS Reporting:
The CDX platform now incorporates the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 8(a)(7), impacting entities involved in the manufacturing or import of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) since January 1, 2011. This regulation mandates electronic reporting to the EPA, covering PFAS uses, production volumes, disposal, exposures, and hazards. Reporting deadlines vary, with the main deadline set for May 8, 2025, and an extended deadline for small article importers until November 10, 2025. The list of PFAS in scope is derived from the EPA proposed rule document and the EPA-published list on CompTox.
Identify PFAS risks in your supply chain
Thousands of PFAS substances face restrictions globally, and regulations change fast. CDX maps your product portfolio for PFAS exposure, analyzes concentration levels, and flags compliance gaps before they become costly problems.
