Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) 6.0 / 6.01

The latest RMI CMRTs has been rolled out in CDX on June 4, 2020. CDX now supports the latest RMI CMRTs (version 6.0, published May 13, 2020 and version 6.01, released by RMI on May 19, 2020).

Compliance Data eXchange (CDX) adds full support for EU Conflict Minerals Reporting

With the addition of support for the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) versions 6.0 and 6.01, the CDX Conflict Minerals Declaration Manager (CMD Manager) now offers a complete data collection, reporting and analysis solution for the European Union Conflict Minerals regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/821).

CDX CMD Manager has supported the United States Dodd-Frank Act, Section 1502 reporting requirements since inception, and has also supported the European Union requirement to collect and manage smelter information for all global sources, regardless of region. With the latest CMRT versions, CDX now supports supply chain reporting of global sourcing from Conflict-Afflicted High-Risk Areas, or CAHRAs. With this added capability, CDX now supports the full scope of both U.S. and E.U. Conflict Minerals reporting requirements.
