CDX Update: IEC 62474 Version D32.00

The CDX platform has been successfully updated to incorporate the latest IEC 62474 Declarable Substance List (DSL), Version D32.00. This update is now live and ensures your material declarations remain aligned with the newest international reporting standards.

REACH Candidate List Additions
This minor but important update includes the newest Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) from the February 2026 REACH Candidate List update. It also integrates the off-cycle addition of DBDPE, which the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) added to the Candidate List in late 2025.

PFHxA and Reference Substances
Following their restriction under REACH Annex XVII, PFHxA, its salts, and related substances have been added to the DSL. The update notably splits these into two separate entries to account for the different reporting thresholds between PFHxA/salts and PFHxA-related substances. Additionally, the Reference Substances List (RSL) was expanded to include 89 new reference substances for PFHxA-related compounds, two for PFHxA salts, and nine for BPAF and its salts.
